TIPS! AND COMMENTS/ ON REALSTATE AND MORTGAGES!

My first comment is anyone know how to get a mortgage without a credit check?
If you do please leave a comment,there is a lot of people with bad credit.
I believe that if these people can afford it give them a chance to get a loan .
Take a look around a lot of house a just setting there till someone comes and steals the copper and siding,then the place sells for nothing.
And would not low prices from foreclosures amd make the prices lower for the ones paying their mortgage?
Have you seen all those real estate programs for sale on the tv and internet?
Why do they have to charge for their program,if their program is that good why not help me close a deal and split the profits.
Look how much more you could make than selling a book, and it is helping people without asking them to buy a book.

The power of twitters tweets and retweets !
In this post I wanted to show you the tweet and how much of a impact it can have in real estate,affiliate programs, business,ect.
To find friends and leave tweets,twitter is a great place to go.
Take a look at the other side of twitter.
For the most part you follow people to see what they have to say and make friends.
To all of my twitter friends ,followers and beyond.
Take a look at the numbers.
If I only had 1 follower and that one follower just had 10 followers.
I tweet my one follower "click my link and do a search"and ask him to re-tweet my tweet.
To make this easy lets say all his followers have 10 followers and they re-tweet.
My tweet =1 then re-tweet=10 then followers re-tweet=100 just with that 1 follower re-tweeting I have my tweet seen by 110 people and that is just using 1 follower,I have some followers that have 20,000 or more if 20,000 followers re-tweet to all there followers it blows your mind on how many people that is.
But the sad news is most people won't read your ad or take the time to go to your blog, website or click a ad they are interested in because they are to busy promotting themselves.
Look at it this way I have a blog take the time to read it, you are my follower right?
After you have read my blog of course I have adsense on my blog and my search engine. Take a look you might find something that interests you.

HOW DO YOU MAKE IT IN REAL ESTATE

My name is Barry,
I am starting this blog to collect information on how to make money with real estate with ,bad credit,no cash and no spending money on programs or monthly fees on websites.
People who will help people that is what I am looking for.
In stead of paying out cash for a program why not help close deals and get half or what ever you want to agree to for using your know how and help to close these deals .

Also do not ask people for upfront money the money made should come from the deal not a fee .
